Delete your account and data

In the app

1. Open Sarang and tap the gear icon at the top right of the home screen to open Settings (the gear on the Us tab goes to the same place).
2. In the Security section, tap Account security.
3. Tap Delete account at the bottom and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately.

If you have Premium Together, cancel it in the App Store first (on iPhone: Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions); deleting your account doesn't stop the subscription.

If you signed in with Apple, Apple asks for a one-time confirmation during deletion so that Sarang's access to your Apple Account is removed as well. You can check this anytime on iPhone under Settings > [your name] > Sign-In & Security > Sign in with Apple.

If you can't access the app

From the email address registered to your account, send an email with the subject "Delete my account" to umutkaplanbusiness@gmail.com. We'll complete your request within 7 days and let you know.
