Terms of Use

By downloading Sarang and creating an account, you agree to these terms.
1. Who can use Sarang
Sarang is only for people aged 18 and over (19 and over in South Korea). When you create an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
2. Mutual consent
Sarang is for two adults who pair with each other's consent. Pairing only happens once the owner of the invite code accepts the request. Installing Sarang on someone else's phone without their knowledge and consent, creating an account in their name, or using the app to monitor a person is strictly forbidden and will lead to the account being closed. Either of you can end the pairing and location sharing at any time.
3. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account information accurate and your password confidential. You can delete your account in the app at any time.
4. Content
You own the photos and notes you add. We store them only to provide the service to you and your partner. Don't upload content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or shows another person without their consent.
5. Games
The 18+ games contain flirty content for adults that isn't sexually explicit, and should only be played as far as both of you want. You can always skip any card. Cards involving alcohol are optional; if you drink, drink responsibly, and never drink if you're going to drive. You can turn off 18+ content in Settings. Some games are part of Premium Together.
6. Accuracy of location information
Location, battery and distance information is based on data from the device and may be delayed or inaccurate. Sarang is not an emergency or safety service; in an emergency, contact the authorities.
7. Providing the service
We try to provide the service without interruption, but it is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.
8. Premium Together and payments
- Sarang's core features are free. Premium Together is an optional auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) that unlocks additional features. While you're paired, one partner's subscription covers both partners; when the pairing ends, the other partner's access ends too.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless it's canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings (on iPhone: Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions) or in the app under Settings > Premium Together > Manage subscription. If you cancel, Premium stays active until the end of the current period.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Prices are shown in your local currency in the app before you buy. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies; you can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Deleting your account doesn't cancel your subscription; cancel it in the App Store.
- When your subscription ends, your data isn't deleted; the limits of the free plan apply again.
9. App Store
If you downloaded Sarang from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) also applies. These terms are between you and Sarang only; Apple isn't responsible for the app or its content and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; we'll announce important changes in the app. Questions: umutkaplanbusiness@gmail.com. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
